“I started my career at Springstone in housekeeping, moved to dietary, and then became a PCA I and now I am a PCA II. I like helping others, Springstone is a great place to work, it is family-oriented, you are able to share and help others find the light.”
– Tasheka W., PCA II
Yolanda
“I started as a PCA II in 2017 and now I am a PCA III. At Springstone you see some of every culture working here, there is diversity from leadership through the PCAs, it’s everywhere. Springstone is amazing, diverse and I like that you can be promoted from within and there are many opportunities for training here as well.”
- Yolanda H., PCA III
Karina
“I joined Springstone as a Human Resources Manager, and was promoted to Human Resources Director in 2020. The people that are here make it a really good place to work. The facility and corporate leadership teams are very supportive of the facility staff. The environment and how we treat the employees makes a difference – they are our main focus at the end of the day. We can’t fully serve our patients if we don’t support and encourage our employees.”
- Karina M., Human Resources Director
Ashley
Ashley S., Nurse Manager and Infection Control Nurse, was recently the recipient of the “2020 Heroes in Healthcare Women of Excellence” award. Ashley has worked tirelessly to train staff on appropriate use of PPE, signs and symptoms, policy updates and treatment of Coronavirus in the vulnerable population of mental health and addiction patients. She is a great team player who has made working at Springstone feel safe during a time of uncertainty.”
- Ashley S., Nurse Manager and Infection Control Nurse
